Mobile Crisis Services
- Service to provide support for children, teens, and adults experiencing a mental health crisis
- Can be completed via telehealth or in-person at home, at school, or at any other community location that the client chooses.
- Includes a Crisis Assessment, Risk Assessment, and Treatment Plan focusing on:
- Problem solving and coping strategies
- Resources and information to local services
- Crisis Prevention
- Brief ongoing support through stabilization
- Support offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- 100% voluntary service
- Services are offered in English and in other languages through Language Line Solutions
- Grant funding is available for Mobile Services if insurance does not cover
South Central Crisis Center
- Provide support for adults with mental health needs
- 16-bed, short-term crisis unit
- Stays range from a few hours and up to 10 days
- Admissions accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- 100% voluntary service
- Services include:
- Short-term problem solving and counseling
- Medication education and monitoring
- Symptom management and relapse prevention
- Family education and support
- Stabilization after discharge
- Services are offered in English and in other languages through Language Line Solutions
